Budgetary quotes generated through our Switchboard Wizard or provided via email or phone are estimates only and are not binding offers. All quotes are subject to final engineering review and may be adjusted based on:

• Detailed engineering review of your specifications and one-line diagram
• Current material costs and component availability at time of order
• Shipping destination and logistics requirements
• Any special requirements not captured in the initial quote request

A binding purchase agreement is created only upon execution of a formal purchase order accepted by SDF. Quote validity periods, when stated, begin on the date of issue.

3. Orders & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates based on current production capacity and material lead times. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery dates, SDF shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or changes to the order scope after acceptance.

Orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, which will be provided with your formal quotation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials — is the property of SDF or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
