336-340-4302The SDF Difference
We're not the biggest shop out there, and that's by design. When you work with SDF, you get a team that knows your project by name — not a ticket number.
4 NETA-Certified Testers On Staff
Our testing team isn't outsourced or subcontracted. They're right here on our shop floor, testing your equipment with the same care they'd give their own. That kind of accountability is hard to find.
Decades of QED-Specific Experience
We've been inside more QED switchboards than we can count. We know what fails, why it fails, and the right way to fix it. No guessing, no trial and error — just experience you can trust.
Parts In Stock — Current & Legacy
PowerPact, Masterpact, I-Line, QMB — we keep the parts that fail most often on our shelves, ready to ship. While others are placing factory orders, we're already packing yours.
Ready in Weeks, Not Months
Factory lead times can stretch 5 to 6 months. We consistently deliver in about 4 weeks. When your project timeline is tight, that difference matters — and we've built our entire operation around delivering on it.
Testing Included, Always
Every repair and every build gets full NETA-style testing. Test reports, torque charts, documentation — it's all included in the price. No surprise invoices, no add-ons. That's just how we do it.
Real People Answer the Phone
Call us with a technical question, and you'll get someone who speaks your language — SCCR, coordination studies, trip unit settings, bus ratings. Our team handles these conversations every day because it's what we love doing.
Our Promise: Quality Above All
Every switchboard that leaves our facility is built to UL 891 and NEMA PB-2 standards, tested by NETA-certified technicians, and backed by complete documentation. We don't ship until it's right — no exceptions, no shortcuts, no compromise.
